Classroom Education: Whole-Person Health

This page provides (1) an overview of our curricula for high school and middle school, (2) curriculum outlines, and (3) information about our approval by the School District of Palm Beach county as a “supplemental health resource.”

Classroom Education Overview

Our classroom education consists of four, 50-minute lessons that are easily accommodated within four standard class periods or in two 90-minute periods.
Presentations are interactive and feature Power Point, videos, games and demonstrations.  Students are provided workbooks, pencils and other necessary materials. Classes are free of charge to both public and private schools; however, donations are accepted to help support the program.  All curricula are age-appropriate and address such issues as respect, self-control, healthy relationships, sexually transmitted infections, teen pregnancy, personal responsibility, setting boundaries, achieving goals and much more. Lesson outlines are available below.  If you are interested in learning more about having Be the One in your school/classroom, please email us at info@betheone.org or call our office at (561) 688-2163. Please note that demand for our program is high, and our schedule fills up quickly!
